The Plugin itself does not collect or store any personally identifiable information (PII) from your website visitors, such as names, emails, or IP addresses.
2. Data Sent to PetBridge
When a visitor loads a page containing a PetBridge shortcode, the Plugin sends your shelter’s Client ID and any search filters applied (e.g., species, breed, age, size) to the PetBridge platform. No additional visitor data is sent.
3. Cookies and Tracking
The Plugin does not set cookies or perform analytics on visitors. Any data tracking is handled exclusively by the PetBridge platform.
